Also brings together SINISTER CBD- quite nicely - and again via the Viridian Resources - northern Cali company that is located in a different state for filings- but one will be quite intrigued when they find out who owns it.

Clearly BLACK and Cannequipt via PATRICK KING - have positioned $CNNA to negotiate and provide for the sale of the CBD for Sinister and the private labeling. Seems quite likely especially with Kings monster facility SEED2SOUL in Mendocino.

Addition of Armenta solidifies the executed LOI-merger even further and he will be instrumental to the new management team moving forward IMO.
