I think that’s why they suddenly needed a billion new shares and why kw wants to be able to control the shares so he can vote in a new partner. And protect the vote after that new partner buys in? Easy to amass a majority if you already have a billion shares.

Kenny needs the 1B in the future to keep paying himself from year to year. There will be no new partner funding PMCB. However, it's possible PMCB will be funding a Yuen company for another license leading to nowhere. There is no longer a majority of shares for anyone to buy into. Again, there's nothing for a "majority" to buy into. Setting aside the science behind the scam sucks, any "majority" buying occurs because the entity wants "majority" control. Kenny has the Golden share. It's impossible for any entity to gain "majority" control.
