It matters very much what #'s are used in a full feas. If they can't be trusted you only get retailers buying hype. FMR LLC had 49,833,364 share of CTEQF march 2018 April they did a PP of 17,655,753 at a $1.15 Aussie. Think it was even above market price at that time.

As of June 30th 2019 they still have all their shares. 58,489,117.

This is FMR LLC ... "Fidelity Investments Inc., commonly referred to as Fidelity, earlier as Fidelity Management & Research or FMR, is an American multinational financial services corporation based in Boston, Massachusetts.

It is one of the largest asset managers in the world with $2.46 trillion in assets under management as of March 2018 and a combined total customer asset value number of $6.7 trillion." It is run by ...."With an estimated current net worth of around $8.4 billion, he is ranked by Forbes as the 57th richest person in America. In 1965, the US–based Fidelity Foundation was founded by Edward C. Johnson III and his father."

FMR is losing a ton on Cteqf. For me I'm losing a lot. These guying don't play games. Their DD is going to be really good. Now Niocorp retail investors could not wait to get rid of the one institution that keeps dumping your stock in open market.
