Speaking of logs, I was looking at 'Smart Choices for Your Home' for fall of 2006 while babysitting at a friend's house the other day. It's a really cool magazine with breakdown of all the options out there for diff. things around the house.
Imagine my surprise when, in the 'floors' section, I found out that 'Reclaimed Wood' is the most expensive option, about 20%-40% higher than new wood, yet hot hot hot in demand due to its quality and the environmental issue of harvesting more trees.
This'll probably get removed as it's OT - right now, the logs are just a rumor and I'm not believing it until we see a signed and funded JV contract (until and if). But, it was still an interesting read, and I thought I'd share since you mentioned logs
