The remaining 1 billion,750 million pre RS shares at .004 pps (which Marco
proposed as another OFFERING would potentially produce $ 7 million dollars.
Now 30 million shares at $.50 pps potentially could produce $15 million
More money for him to use for SALARIES and ???? acquisitions and bennies .
BUT -each shareholder now owns a smaller percentage of the total company .
This plus Huge debt will drive away investors who do their DD.
There may be flipping opportunities ;but the bag is not what you want to hold . His intentions are boldly thrown in your face.
