And even beyond that...liquidated dividends to common shareholders don’t start with a CUSIP cancellation by FINRA.

So, I have a serious question.

If we wait 15 years and come back to discuss this and nothing has happened or changed...would it be reasonable to assume that this was in fact the end?


I also have a serious question.

Why is the CUSIP Suspension continually being referred to as a CUSIP cancellation, or CUSIP deletion, or a "cancellation of stock"?

I see no point in determining a timeline to assume "the end", when the fundamental EVENT TYPE documented by FINRA is either not agreed upon or patently misunderstood.

FINRA suspended the CUSIP. This is easily verifiable. To contrast this, FINRA does indeed execute event types which document equity cancellation.

For BIOAQ, FINRA did not do this. Period.

In a recent article by Bob Pisani of CNBC, he interviewed SEC regulator and Chairman Jay Clayton, who said, "We're watching".
