I’m trying to find some info on AES Inc., I figure the collective efforts of us shareholders is the best approach. I originally stumbled on a company headquartered in Kent, WA, (http://www.adenvironmental.com/about_us.html) and when I called them they were shocked I could access that website (which is supposed to be down during this “time of change”) and directed me to www.npscorp.com if I was interested in purchasing products. That wasn’t helpful in this search for information, I found.

The Oklahoma Secretary of State website has an Advanced Environmental Solutions, Inc., which is registered as a Foreign For Profit Business with the registered agent being Corporation Service Company in Oklahoma City, OK. The filing number is 2312121825 and it reflects a formation date of 11/3/2006 but it shows the status as expired. I’m not really sure what all that means but maybe someone on here that is smarter than me does.
