The DD that established the shares would remain intact was very accurate and professional to say the least..There would be no resources to spend anymore than six to eight weeks...and nearly two years later the case is still WIDELY open and shares are still intact..To think creditors would have settled for roughly $ 400,000 or slightly more is absurd...PWC is receiving over $ 2.5 million to restructure this operation alone..and they settled for $ 4.3 million upfront...yeah ok..I own a unicorn to...any offers ?
