Believe it or not I welcome the RS if it comes through, takes a lot of smaller flippers/shorters out of it. But, a few things having me think they may not do it, not that it matters. The EPS gets multiplied just as much as the share price in a RS and RS's for big name companies aren't bad like they are for share printing factories that RS just to raise money.

Hell even one of my long time OTC stocks rose after RS, if you are making money and are set to make more the share price will follow suit. The only thing that changes is the OS/Float nothing else 15 more days no more Dress Barns we lose $2 million in weekly losses, pooooof.

And all that cash from liquidating the inventory, I would not mind if they bought more debt if they can get it at a discount in the 40% range again, that would be great. The large debt payment isn't due for 2 1/2 years if they keep buying it at a discount each Q they have the cash, which losing Dressbarn will give them plenty of that, they could have the debt virtually wiped off the books in 10-12 Q's just have to see.

Buying that $80 million of debt for $50 mil was worth what ? About .40c/share in enterprise value most people don't even get that, this stock should have shot north of a dollar just on that IMO regardless of the Dressbarn closures, which is huge $$ wise going forward and that they are in the best Q of the year.

Holiday sales are holiday sales as are holiday sales, they don't call it Black Friday for nothing that's when most retailers make the bulk of their $$ for the year.

I am as happy as a man could be with that last Q surprise of .18 a share and the buying back debt was just over the moon.

I have heard various things from a few different people, buying shares/selling Justice, either of which I would be very pleased with as I would a RS like I said it is nothing but a multiplying of the share price and when you are making positive EPS that just multiplies that as well.

Peace out.
