Research - Very Interesting Reading - Tom Wood, Director, founder & CEO 73 (a tad older, but not too big of a deal. Co-Chairman Russell Bird 69. Neither convicted of anything. According to this they own a ton of stock which CAN be a pump & dump red flag...so can the age of these fellows. OR, it is a legit business but if you look at the 3 year chart, you will see pump & dump indicators (spikes). See below for info and data-

Kat Exploration, Inc was a pump and dump at the hands of Ken Stead and he MAY be somehow tied to this stock but I am not sure how.
