Management is attempting to restore value to shareholders, if this were not the case, no one would be answering emails, no one would be posting information on the site for shareholders, no one would be working on a prospective shareholder vote, no one would be working to potentially improve this deal, no one would be looking into regulations and required filings for registration of shares, no one would be around at all.

That part reminds me of when I used to hear "if the merger wasn't real why the binding LOI?". Or when I heard "if they weren't planning on reinstating the stock why would they PR about needing a 180 day day extension and why would they tell us about the Form 10? Wouldn't they just not say anything?". (We all saw how that turned out didn't we?)

As we all found out, it doesn't matter what LANS HOLDING says period. They haven't ever followed through on ONE PROMISE yet!

NOT ONE. It is always just some promise they will fix it then they divert it in some manner to push the carrot out further.

If you choose to believe those scammer that is on you, but my opinion would be to get a new "pledge" together. Except this one involves a lawsuit against them.
