I am certain he is. He does not, like I wouldn't want to be labeled as one of those companies who are making outlandish remarks about their product.

Not that we do, but right now we are technically a "HEMP" company, not really CBD even though we contain CBD and making all the right steps to be compliant.

The last thing we want / need is a cease and desist letter.
