Contact Congress this week on Spending Bill CBD amendments.

If you haven't already it's important to contact your rep and senators.

Amendments in the Spending Bill that call for FDA guidance on CBD are circulating in the House and Senate.

Please take a few minutes to call or email today or tomorrow.

I support immediate legalization of CBD.

Timing is critical because the Farm has created a false customer belief that CBD being sold is FDA regulated, it is not, and bad actors are taking advantage to sell fraudulent and potentially unsafe products.

In addition to regulation we need enforcement to clean up the market.

CBD isn't going anywhere so we need to put oru best foot forward now or we reward bad actors and endanger the public.
