they converted today silly. that is what the volume was about. 8 mil shares was all it took to satisfy that note. you need to check the dramatics at the door. you sound silly.

they typically convert before they are due. most noteholders start converting as soon as the terms of the note allow them to, which is usually far in advance of the "due" date. the "due" date is the max date that the company has to finish issuing the shares. opti volume has been substantial for a while, so tomorrow's note has probably been converted or near fully converted.

please people, stop saying the os is 96 mil. common sense will tell you that it's higher than that with all the volume the stock has traded in the past days. 69 mil shares today alone and the stock was only up 40%. it would have been up 240% if the os was 96 mil.
