The Party Dipper. Inc. has nothing to do with Active Health Foods, Inc. I am working with a guy who is putting a deal together that I hope real soon we can bring it (the deal) into Active Health

He is saying the dipper has 0 to do with his company. He is working on another deal that he will be bringing in another company. Several people told it was going to be huge.

I started Active Health Foods, Inc. and I was very successful. In late 2014 I sold the public company to a guy out of Tennessee who as of right now is in Federal Prison for a very long time. I turned over all of my stock and I was never paid. I lost $545,000, my home, and my car. I filed a law suit that is still pending against a few guys, they took hundreds of thousands of dollars out of the company bank accounts.

I started the company, I got it back, I am getting it cleaned up. The first order of business, I had the company hire the accountants that I used for years, so far all of the State and Federal Tax Returns the company had not filed since 2014 have been filed.SEC filings for 2014 through 2017, all of those filings should be ready to be filed very shortly.

Hey everyone this is Greg Manos Founder, President, CEO, Secretary, Treasure, Sole Director, and Majority Shareholder FINALLY.I never have sold (1) share of Active Health Foods stock, when this Company was illegally taken from me I never stopped fighting. I currently and for 5 years now have a law-suit going that may or may not get any of my money back. The guy that orchestrated the take over of my company is in Federal Prison in the state of Tennessee where he was sentenced to 20 years WITH NO PAROLE, HE WILL ROT AND DIE IN HIS CELL, at his age he will be released at the age of 102 so it is a fact he will never see the light of day ever again!!!!! There is a very long story behind it but for those of you again that TRASHED ME, I lost 2.6 MILLION DOLLARS, I LOST MY HOME AND MY CAR, I LIVED ON THE STREET FOR OVER 6 MONTHS AND I BEGGED FOR FOOD. So for those of you that curl up every night in a warm bed and have food on your table you never know what can happen there are NO GUARANTEES IN LIFE!!!!!!!

History:

I started Active Health Foods, Inc. and I was very successful and for those of you who have slammed me so mnay times I am not a crook I am a very thoughtful Christain man whos only crime was I trusted a guy and here we all are but there is GREAT NEWS. In late 2014 I sold the public company to a guy out of Tennessee who as of right now is in Federal Prison for a very long time. We made the deal, I turned over all of my stock and I was never paid. I lost $545,000, my home, and my car and I was homeless for about a year. I filed a law suit that is still pending against a few guys who along with the guy I made the dael with "DAVID" they lined their pockets with lots of money, mine and yours! In 2015 they raised about $2,000,000 and it was gone as fast as it came into the company, they took hundreds of thousands of dollars out of the company bank accounts and after all of the money was gone and after they drained the company of every asset it had they turned over the Preferred Stock to a no body from Utah. I arranged for a friend of mine to buy the Preferred stock from this no body guy which they did NOW TO THE PRESENT TIME. We had the company back, we appointed a guy named Sebastian Gutierrez-Lavin as the President. In time I will be named the Vice President and be responsible to build the company back again and we have the products to do that. The first order of business, I had the company hire the accountants that I used for years, so far all of the State and Federal Tax Returns the company had not filed since 2014 have been filed, the company was behind on all of the SEC filings for 2014 through 2017, all of those filings should be ready to be filed very shortly. I started the company, I got it back, I am getting it cleaned up, than we will be ready to run an honest and successful business like I had always done before!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
