The Court's Order on this Motion states it finds Good Cause to Grant the Motion. However, the Court is allowing the Defendants until December 21, 2019 to pay their debts in full or make alternative arrangements.
The Court advised all defendants that the brothers being sued individually can represent themselves Pro Se, and that Rontan must retain counsel.
The Court is not inclined to reschedule the hearing as a result of this dispute. The Court has warned that failure to find substitute counsel by the trial date may result in Default judgement against Rontan.
