Yes...we have spent some 20 million on development of the software and billing systems.
This has been the end game IMO. Who is not going to want the suite of systems that Remnova has developed? 50% increase in contractual collections that most hospitals we not able to collect.
They are proving by owing broke hospitals that the suite of systems we developed works.
We are going to spin those off Rennova will own a majority stake.
The cash flows into those companies is coming from our hospitals.
If any truth about the trip to Africa it was to supply our software and billing tech to the SA hospital system. Just a guess.
