I couldn’t agree more. While I appreciate that they made cuts in personnel costs resulting from a reduction of sales force which was probably a good move, why wouldn’t isn’t management, (Top 3 guys are taking in almost a million dollars as of 2018 on a company that’s cash flow negative) willing to take a reasonable pay cut in return for some performance options which would not only benefit the bottom line but it would also send a clear message to shareholders that this team wants to add value.
