In my opinion, it’s all about Legalization. Banking & Regulations are the whip cream and cherry on top, but it’s really not a big concern at this time. The entire CBD Sector is at or near 52 week lows, so once we get Legalization from Mitch via legislation attached to the Agricultural Appropriations Bill, the sector will become red hot.
