They could have just sold those share to Kukes directly!

What's your concern here, exactly, sir?
A possible "take-under"?
I don't think Kukes would want that kind of attention,
either from the world, Wall Street or the SEC.
But I could be wrong.

My current concern is that if Kukes is buying,
how long must he wait until he orchestrates something
material - like selling the company - without drawing
insider trading scrutiny? Do you know how long the
time lag has to be?
