We should have our answers next week, probably on Monday or Tuesday — that’s when the text of the Appropriations Bills is likely to be made public

My reference to 2020 is on the complete trifecta of Legalization (next week), Banking (SAFE Banking Act in Jan/Feb) and Regulations (Enforcement Discretion in Jan/Feb/March/April)

So legalization isn’t the end of the journey by any stretch
