In the schedule of major shareholders of aumc as published by aumc you see the shareholders as maurizio, 26,460,000, amparo, muarizios wife 16,017,270, and mdmn 16,274,200. We know how mdmn got their shares but how much, if anything, did maurizio and amparo pay for their shares or were they just a gift? The other issue is have the restrictions been removed on their shares and is it only mdmn shares that they havent bothered to release???
