Hard to say who is selling, but price action seems to show that someone is patiently accumulating. Consistent pattern of selling early in the day just enough to paint the low .02s, then accumulate the rest of the day in the mid to high .02s.

I’ve only been able to add mid .02s the last few days by sitting on the bid early in the day for the one-time early sell.
