As far as the lawsuit, those party members should focus on this gold rich company, without having the distraction of that being brought up all the time? I'm sure the other company would feel the same, probably in both companies interest if they were just dropped? Sarrisa doesn't have money to pay those frivolous contract claims, and it's only hurting this company being brought up all the time. Wouldn't you agree?

I would hope that parties involved will come to an understanding in the near future so both companies can have an opportunity without that looming.
