Not sure what liquidating into the parent company means in fantasyland.
BUT if one were to read and comprehend the court filings it would go a long way .
21] Given the extensive involvement of PwC in the first SISP, the Petitioners, with the
consent of the secured lenders and of the DIP lender, asked this Court to extend the
powers already granted the monitor to enable the later to proceed with
SISP in order to proceed to the liquidation of BioAmber's assets in a context where the
Sarnia plant would have to cease its operations imminently. The consensus among the
Petitioners and the secured lenders was that the operations could no longer be
maintained and with PwC's acquired knowledge of the operations and of the assets to be
liguidated, it made the Monitor the best party to be charged with the task of liquidating
BioAmber's assets.
And they did an exceptional job!
