Could be that Emerald did not like the strain or crop and didn't want to put Emerald name on it OR they had enough flower to meet the current demand. They had right to refuse and if PSF wanted to sell to someone else , you would think it would have still been for more than Emeralds low price.
To me Emerald was trying to make smart use of money. Is it a fight for control of PSF ?
Since PSF owes Emerald 13 million , I do not see why they would not just take it off of what they owe Emerald it was less than half.
