Oh there is plenty more involved than that. You will have to have a group of people from the varying companies agree on each other’s valuations so they will all receive equitable portions of a publicly traded company. I think that will be the biggest problem. And you better believe a significant share structure change will occur. One that will dilute out all these loyal shareholders Costello sweet talked into the stock.
