The entire market is choppy.

Usually it rotates into real estate,
Consumer Cyclicals, HEALTHCARE (including bio techs), and utilities that have yield or just good old fashioned dividend paying investments.

this is when the OTC and small/micro caps catch fire. When the big board profits get drawn into these markets.
