This prospectus reveals the changing of another key date for the full completion of the Hamilton processing facility. TGOD is now predicting receiving the Health Canada approval in the first week of February 2020.

AND the remaining 22 Valleyfield rooms of Phase 1 beyond the 2 that have already been approved by Health Canada are NOW expected to get Health Canada approval BY THE END OF MARCH 2020!! Remember, of these 22 only 4 were to be brought online to meet "current demand".

There is no way they can stay on target with an end of June 2020 to get cashflow positive.

In the prospectus, for the first time as far as I know, TGOD has added "going concern" language.

This prospectus has other very important information that ALL Investors need to be aware of for the near future and should be read.
