On May 4, 2018, Bioamber Sarnia Inc. and Bioamber Canada Inc., each filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal to its creditors and PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc.("PwC") was named Trustee. On the same day, Bioamber Inc., parent company to BioA, also filed a petition under Chapter 11 of the US Bankruptcy Code. The three companies are collectively referred to as ("BioA") or the ("Company").
