JP: I found it. In the 1/29/19 PR announcing H360 deal, the following verbiage was in the PR.... “BLDV has been working for the last four months to secure this agreement and believes that the synergy of the combined group can drive revenues and shareholder value well beyond the levels reached in the past.” So, Josh did make the declaration. We’re 11 months into this merger and stock price remains as dormant as ever.
