There is no Belgium incorporated company, parent or otherwise.

The PARENT is incorporated in Delaware. And it has also been liquidated and is being wound up and dissolved.

BioAmber was registered (not incorporated) in Belgium as a foreign corporation doing business there. That was only because their original sales manager lived in Belgium and worked out of her Apartment. Therefore, the Delaware Corporation had to be registered there to legally do business in the Country (and pay the fees and any taxes the business generated).

The claim there is any parent in Belgium is not factual.
