Somebody should tell the two courts, because both the company and monitor have hidden that little "fact." While they're at it, they should tell the SEC, because the US company sure didn't mention having a parent in Belgium in their last filing....

LOL!!!

Seriously, recommend deleting the Twitter account, going to PWC's website, and actually reading through the monitor's reports, the court motions, and orders. It'll clear up this confusion.
