The 10-Q didn't show on TD Thinkorswim either. I have the Schwab platform and it did show. There seems to be issues with OTC news updates on most platforms. That's why I like to monitor my Schwab platform even if I own the stock in my TD account. Also right now Schwab has no fee for OTC stocks as well. TD charges for OTC trades. I have active accounts in both.
