jzmann thanks for contacting the company. I was going to do that myself but have been away for several days. Since the guys from axtg have been working at this for several years and nobody from riverside is now involved I'm guessing they just bought the empty shell to go public. The reverse split was probably to make things more maneageable. But I'll be interested to hear what the ceo says.
