It is very easy.
If someone says "hey look, someone front loaded". There are website that let you view purchase history. Anyone could have noticed it.
If someone says "look at all the dilution going on!". Simple to see that in Level II.
If someone says "look at these fake employees listed on their LinkedIn and Facebook page", and then provide photos and links to reverse image searches showing they were fake people that was easy to verify.
If you see the word "intend to" in a PR that shows that they left an out just in case. That one doesn't guarantee shadiness, but should be considered something to be cautious about.
The rest is just left up to common sense. I focus on what I can see and verify. The rest is just up to the reader to believe in.
