Thank you for that informative post! Here's my thoughts regarding the REG A! To subject yourself to a federal agency (SEC) with power to punish and protect investors tells me this company is on the up and up. EXXE's submission of a REG A puts this company at the scrutiny of the SEC. No fraudulent company would attempt or risk the possibility of being caught and punished by opening their crooked books to the SEC. In my opinion EXXE is legit.
