Perhaps investors need to ask how $Comcast and $NBCUniversal were treated by the CEO of $CMGO, the President of XA, and others during the lawsuit. Were there implications made that hundreds of millions of dollars were going to be in the $CMGO coffers due to the theft of business by $hudsongrayNYC? Were there implications this was the fault of NBCU? Were there threats that additional defendants (including NBCU) were going to be added to the lawsuit?

Given a choice, why would they consider XA?
