Investors need to do more to protect themselves from these scams. Like not buy stock in them.

Or take any red flags given from others more serious when deciding to buy. You know, instead of insulting or accusing the ones trying to help them of getting paid to say bad things.

I don't believe everything I see on either side of the debate. I don't believe anyone should, as each side can have motives, but if someone brings light to something shady I always take it serious enough to at least investigate it further and if I see the same issue I never make excuses or downplay those findings.

Most of these scams show signs very early. Hence the reason I spotted Davids shady tactics very early on.

All most have to do is just look and don't let the promises of riches blind. Especially when dealing with stocks in the extremely scummy land of stinky pinky stocks.
