According to that Sept. 25th PR they haven't held to it yet.

“We have received several new contracts with national brands that we will be announcing in the coming weeks and I’m especially excited about these new contracts will mean for our future revenues.”

"Management expects that such milestones will be completed in the coming months. Management plans to start releasing frequent updates as there are many new material events that they wish to keep shareholders abreast of."

Although we may see a PR after the 17th I don't look for the RM and sticker change until 2020. Personally (which doesn't matter) I think that is better, we are going into tax selling season and traders will be falling off towards the end of year. Start the new year with a bang, fresh new eyes to me it is worth the wait to see this thing run.
