Company hasn't produced any "gold" Maybe once they do that would solidify a concrete foundation right now looks like the same old same of acquire property that will not be mined, and lock in LOI's that will never come to fruition. It's unfortunately been done before by these individuals on other publicly traded companies.

So I would advise people to wait and see what happens prior to investing that much of their portfolio in an OTC exploration company with crooks at the helm. IMO
