Getting back to you regarding your allegations / concerns .

My DD confirms ; No dilution and TA is not required to update to OTCmarkets weekly or monthly.

With regards to the selling; It is most likely investors selling their positions for ( Tax loss ) purposes ! - It is that time of year.

Note; The lack of monthly SS updates concerns me as well, and I will try to make contact with the TA for some clarification !
