Yep. Generally 4.99% per diem, depending on the agreement. Goes up each subsequent day in shares, but % should be the same. Plus, double up the trading volume at a minimum. They are generally shorted (by design, not real short interest) and then covered with shares received, almost simultaneously. They are then sold as quickly as possible more or less. This can also take place between multiple MMS that simply swap the shares, sell them, make a market, etc...debt holders want the $, not the paper...
