Many years ago I had a face to face meeting with Mr.James C Vowler.
It concerned a "PIZZA" franchise.

After consulting with my advisor I chose not to invest in his PIZZA FRANCHISE.

I have followed UPZS stock for many years.

IN CONCLUSION: Investors in this stock will never get an OFFICIAL PRESS RELEASE.

Mr. James C Vowler is a deceitful person.

I have communicated with the SEC.

I no SEC investigations takes years.
