And Now it has been confirmed by the company which tells me why NITE and CDEL have been fighting for shares and manipulating this stock. I think we are about to witness a massive short covering as this last part of convertibles get locked up in strong investors hands.

This is going to get good IMO. when was the last time you ever see pps increase while convertion is taking place? Lol. Never.....
