Correct, the deal is done. My estimate is filings along with name and symbol change will happen sometime in January after the New Year. Company is very busy this time of year and the holidays are coming up. The PPS is stuck at these levels from the settlement which increased the float by 55M. Also, you have flippers taking 10% profits during this period. Once, all the settlement shares are absorbed by smart retail and the company does the filings, name & symbol change, and PRs company updates this will move up quickly. GLTU
