So...if the total creditor debt was $ 80 million ...and $ 4.3 million was the total price..PWC was charging roughly $ 2.5 million for services rendered...if only 3 or 4 creditors received what was left....it would mean creditors recovered $ 400,000 each roughly for a $ 140- $ 160 million facility and countless patents and agreement rights for their yeast...Any thoughts ?
