Try the most obvious explanation.

These creditors actually understand how bankruptcy works and KNOW there is nothing of value left.

It is over, and they know it. They have no chance of any additional recovery, as all assets have been liquidated and the funds distributed.

Some people actually DO understand the law. That is why they are not making any noise.
