When shares are sold it usually bends towards .035-.04 and when shares are bought between .05 and .06

The one thing I don't understand is how the price just stays at this level. The float is low and insiders holding alot of shares any activity doesn't push it over .06.

I'm not selling until this goes vertical or 2020 news breaks
