Why do you believe that these are anything other than these entities saying something like this: "IF IHDR has what they say they have we will do this and that"?

Oh, I see now that you dont from your next post:

"Hmmm, I hate the deal but the public wants me to appear to do something so, what I think I'll do is vote for the concensus choice because it is likely to fail. that way, I can both accomplish my real goal of not accomplishing this thing while appearing to do so." I mean, I would be seriously surprised if some of that kind of compromise thinking didn't go into this award."

And, you fall back on the stuff you say is irrelevant--whether it works or not as some kind of positive support:

Why do you believe in something that has been so poorly demonstrated scientifically speaking?
